I understand there are certain hazards inherent in a road race. I hereby release The GWCBA, all sponsoring and co-sponsoring entities and all individuals involved in any fashion in the event from any responsibility for injury to person or property that I may suffer as a result of my participation in the Get Fit San Gabriel Valley 5K Run/Walk. I hereby permit the use of my name and pictures in broadcasts, telecasts, newspapers, brochures, and any other media. I also understand that the entry is non-refundable, and bib numbers are nontransferable.
In the event this race cannot be held as scheduled due to an act of God or other unavoidable circumstances beyond control, the race is not liable to refund any money paid by me to participate. I have read the foregoing and certify my agreement by signing below.
